Got in trouble when I was 11
Hello Marines, I am considering enlisting in the Marine Corps. My main concern is when I was 11 I decided I wanted to play gangster and start selling drugs. As i should have I ended up getting caught. I was charged with possession of a class II narcotic on school property and possession of a weapon on school property. My mom says that I wasn't legally arrested but I was put on probation and had to take drug and weapon classes so I'm not sure. She says that I shouldn't have to divulge the arrest as I was a juvenile. Since then I have realized that I need to do something with my life and the Marine Corps is that something. It is the only thing I can see myself doing right now. What I am wondering is with the charges am I still eligible for enlistment and if so do I need to divulge this to my recruiter?
Edit: I am 18 now.

Read the article I just posted. Your chances of getting a moral waiver are NOT good.
